TownX appoints main contractor for residential project in Dubai

Dubai-based real estate developer TownX has appointed Ocean Stone as the main contractor for its Ashley Hills residential project.

The development will comprise 616 residential units and will be completed in phases, with handover timelines to be announced as the project advances, the company said.
