Azizi awards structural steel works contract for Burj Azizi project

UAE-based Azizi Developments has awarded a structural steel works package worth USD 300 mln to Eversendai Corporation Berhad for its Burj Azizi project in Dubai, according to a Dubai Media Office statement.

The agreement was signed between Azizi Developments Chairman Mirwais Azizi and Eversendai's Founder and Group Managing Director Tan Sri A.K. Nathan.

Burj Azizi is planned as a mixed-use skyscraper and is expected to become the world's second tallest tower, marking a major addition to Dubai's skyline.

Eversendai Corporation Berhad is a specialist in structural steel turnkey projects, including high-rise buildings and power plants, with operations across the Middle East, Asia and India.
