Meraas awards construction contract for waterfront project in Dubai

Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, one of Dubai's largest integrated master developers, has awarded a construction contract worth over USD 272 mln to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) LLC for the Bluewaters Bay project.

Scheduled for completion in Q4 2027, Bluewaters Bay will be a prominent waterfront destination in Dubai. The development will include two residential towers connected by a dynamic podium, offering a total of 678 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, including luxurious penthouses.
