Ezz Steel board restructures top leadership roles

Ezz Steel's board of directors has appointed Hassan Ahmed Nouh as chairman, in addition to his role as managing director. Nouh succeeds the late chairman, Mamdouh El Rouby.

In a stock exchange filing, Ezz Steel announced that Nouh will hold both positions until the board presents a restructured composition to the company's ordinary general assembly.

Ezz Steel operates four fully integrated steelmaking plants in Egypt with a combined production capacity of 7 mln tons of flat and long steel products annually.
