Emirates Steel lifts rebar prices for September production

Emirates Steel, a subsidiary of EMSTEEL Group, has raised rebar prices for its September output.

The company has raised rebar prices by AED 110 (USD 30) per ton, setting the new level at AED 2,590 (USD 705) per ton on an EXW basis.

The above prices exclude the 5pct VAT.

Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Emirates Steel has a production capacity of 3.5 mln tons of steel and 4.6 mln tons of cement annually. The group exports to over 70 markets, accounting for 30pct of its sales. The company offers a diverse range of steel products, including wire rod, rebar, heavy sections, and sheet piles.
