The Simple, One Touch Impact Event Recorder
The Projects One
MAG 3200 impact recorder is a
simple, low cost instrument that offers a choice of options to match many
transportation shock monitoring requirements. The 3200 also provides a host of
additional features for easy operation, durability and accurate trouble-free
performance.
The MAG 3200 fills the demand for a reliable low-cost impact event data recorder. Shippers with a need to monitor for impacts have found the MAG 3200 recorder invaluable in pinpointing the time date and location of damage incidents. The impact data report, containing the compiled 3200 data, provides an important management tool for shippers and carriers alike.
Existing 3200 rail programs are providing shippers and carriers with broad scale data that serves as a basis for solutions to damage. Identifying problem switch points also leads to the prevention of dangerous unscheduled release of hazardous products.
The 3200 program employs an appropriate monitoring system that reliably indicates excessive G-level exerted on shipments that can cause or contribute to damage. The program involves carriers, consignees and shippers in a joint effort to identify, quantify, and correct handling deficiencies caused by human error or mechanical failure.
The Projects One MAG 3200 program is a substantial, tangible method that enhances your commitment to total quality management.
The addition of an automatic data download to a printer or computer and increased event capacity makes the new MAG 3200 more user friendly by simplifying the data gathering process.
