- The Plant is one of four
plants in the Petrochemical Complex in the Shuaiba, build during 1996 and
1997.
- The project scope of work
comprises the following : Fabrication and installation of pipe work,
installation of static and rotary equipments, Heavy lifts, Erection of
structural steel, Installation of electrical works, Painting works,
insulation works and commissioning Assistance.

Signal Cables (110 Km), Supply and installation of junction boxes (250

installation of Field instruments (1200 Nos.).

SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work includes
the design, materials procurement, fabrication, erection and testing of
sixteen (16) Liquid fuel and water storage tanks at the sabiya power
station. The scope of work also includes the provision of tank
appurtenances, tank heaters, miscellaneous steel works (walkways,
staircases, handrails etc), production manifolds, trunk lines,
interconnecting piping, protective painting, cathodic protection, grounding
and instrumentation, with all materials and works being fully tested and
calibrated both on and off site.
