Japan finances Ardakan pelletising plantJapan finances Ardakan pelletising plant, to supply later on Mobarakeh steel complex. The Japanese Bank for International Co-operation (JBIC) and state-owned Bank Sepah on 13 December signed a $45 million loan to finance construction of a new pelletising plant in Yazd province. This facility will be used to set up a 4.4 million-tons-a-year pelletising plant in Ardakan. Equipment and services for the plant will be provided by Kobe Steel, Marubeni Corporation and Mitsubishi Corporation. Construction will be carried out by Chador Malu Mining & Industrial Company of Iran.
