to
send offers – inquiries

- Go
on home page to section “offers
or inquiries”,
and log
in (at the left side of the page)
.
- Choose
particular product, you wish to offer or inquire for, fill
in all data in MEsteel inquiry or offer form.

- For
your convenience:
- If you fill
weight per piece and number of pieces, total weight will calculate
automatically,
- If you fill
weight per piece and price per piece, price per ton will calculate
automatically.
- Also
total calculations for weights and prices, will be made automatically.
Then, you can choose 1, 2, or 3 different
options:
- 1/ Send only to your
own preference list.

- before
making offer-inquiry, you can create/store for future use, your own
preference e-mailing lists,
out of contacts found on MEsteel.com
- Go
to list “who buys or who sells” to find buyers/sellers dealing in
particular product ,or
- Go
to an activity in the left activities bar, from where again you can
select a subcategory, example “stainless stockists”, is
subcategory of “stockists”.
- For
both options , you can further filter per country, in the
country-selection search bar. (Middle
East, will show all countries.)
- From
above data lists, you can
mark companies you want to store, and keep as your preference lists, by clicking
“Add to my favorites” at bottom of these pages.
- Note:
You can add/delete companies to/from any of your lists, from section
“MY MYSTEEL”.

- 2/
Send to part, or all of companies, who registered particular
product in their sales or buying range.

- after
preparing, your offer-inquiry, and choosing this option, you are
brought straight
- to
“ who buys…”, in case of offers,
or
- to
“ who sells product…” , in case of inquiry.
- From
here you can again email to your selection, or all of companies listed
here. (see para 1)

- -In
both above options, all registered members you have chosen, (only
those with email of course), will receive an e-mail message, informing
them about your offer / inquiry.
- -From
this email, one click will bring e-mail receivers straight to your
offer/inquiry on MEsteel.com.

- Only
registered members, with password, have access to see offer/inquiries
received (unless they have been posted publicly as well - see
para
3).
- For
companies, without password, or who have forgotten, please contact
MEsteel.com
for full registration or to find back your password.

- -From
here they can send a proposal against your offer/inquiry.
- -You
will be notified by email and can view their proposal on MEsteel.com, in
a different colored line.
- -You
then again can make your counterproposal in your own line , till at the end, one party
accepts all counter party’s conditions, or stops negotiations.

Post offer or inquiry on www.MEsteel.com, for all web visitors
to see

- Note:
At any time, you can modify, re-post your offers , activate them
(bring them on line), or deactivate them , (to be seen only by members
who you sent this offer to), or delete them entirely.
- You
can do this from “MY
MESTEEL”.
- If
you change your offer/inquiry, it will show changed conditions for all
people, as from that
time.

- MEsteel
only provides the means to negotiate on line as a service to members.
- MEsteel
is not responsible for information, negotiations, transactions,
payments, etc. from
offering/ inquiring parties.
- All
negotiations are direct on line between buyer and seller.
- MEsteel
takes no commissions on any deals made.
