COMPANY INTRODUCTION |

The Emirates Iron and Steel Factory was established by General Industry Corporation (GIC) in 1998 to satisfy the growing demand of UAE's construction sector with the high quality steel rebar products. EISF plant is located in the Mussafah Industrial area, 35 kms South of Abu Dhabi; it occupies an area of 700,000 sq. meters. EISF started its commercial production on 1st October 2001. The design capacity is 500,000 tons annually of concrete-reinforcing rebars. The EISF rebar is produced according to British standard BS 4449/97 GR 460B and American standard ASTM A615 GR.60, with sizes ranging from 10 mm to 32 mm diameter, bar length of 12 meters and bundle weight of 2 tons, using the latest rolling technology. EISF pledges to serve and support its customers and the users of its products by establishing a partnership relation, which fulfills the objectives of all parties.
